Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Passion. If you are not fully satisfied, please read our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
